ESG is also for SMV’s

Is your company ready to navigate the upcoming requirements for sustainability reporting?

ESG and CSRD at the top of the agenda

Sustainability reporting has become more relevant for companies as the EU has adopted the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and the underlying reporting standard European Sustainability Reporting Standard (ESRS).

We help you get started and reach your goals with your ESG work.

At Imprint Consulting, we emphasize that our advice is practical. We always start from your everyday reality and link ESG to your company's existing business strategy. Our practical and focused approach creates overview and insight so you can assess what is essential for you.

We break down regulations and guidelines and turn them into practice. We aim to reduce complexity and have therefore developed tools and templates that make working with ESG tangible.

Three good reasons to work with ESG:

1. Stay ahead of new legal requirements
2. Identify opportunities for improvement in your business
3. Meet expectations for transparency from the outside world

ESG-advisory process

Based on our experience in solving tasks within the ESG area, together with our partner Sustainable Change, we have developed a process for implementing ESG. We guide you through the process, and we will be your knowledgeable sparring partner throughout your ESG journey.

The core of ESG work is the double materiality analysis.

The materiality analysis ensures that the company focuses on areas where it has the greatest opportunity to positively influence or negatively impact, thereby using its resources and efforts where it makes the greatest difference.

"We know that working with ESG requires resources and time, which can be scarce in daily operations. Our main task as advisors is to help you identify where to focus and prioritize your sustainability efforts."

Silke Sønderstrup-Granquist, Senior Sustainability Advisor, Imprint Consulting

What does the process include?

We guide you through three phases, each with its own focus and output. Together, we uncover and prioritize your ESG focus areas, ensure stakeholder involvement, realize the most significant focus areas, assist with documentation and data collection, and ensure anchoring and engagement throughout the company - so you can communicate and report on your sustainable development.

What is ESG?

ESG stands for Environment, Social, and Governance, encompassing environmental and climate-related factors, social aspects, and governance issues. It's often referred to as sustainability or the triple bottom line. Regardless of the term you use, ESG is about how your company contributes to sustainable development. With ESG comes the requirement to measure and document sustainable efforts.

ESG also involves the company's risk management and due diligence for sustainability (CSRDD). This means how your company systematically works to identify, prevent, limit, and communicate its existing and potential negative impacts on people, the environment, and society.
